CCA cleanroom garments are usually made to order so that we can meet our customers’ specific requirements for styles, fabrics, colours and sizes, though we do hold stock of a few garments.
CCA has an extensive computerised library of styles and patterns from which we can normally select the garments required, but we also have full design and pattern-making facilities if you want something completely different.
Our garments are made in the group’s factories in the UK and Slovakia under quality assurance procedures accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
Some of the most popular styles and variations are included in the product pages on this site, but if you can’t see what you want please contact us.
As the most experienced UK cleanroom clothing manufacturer, we are confident that we will be able to help you.
Features of all our garments
Raw edges are heat-sealed and then enclosed in special seams to prevent linting and gaping.
Only low-linting monofilament thread is used for sewing
Designs minimise seams and darts as needleholes can allow particles to escape from the wearer
Zips have low-linting tapes and material flaps both in front and behind
Stud fastenings have plenty of adjustment to ensure proper closure. The studs are non allergenic and made from stainless steel or plastic.
